I have a contract with a stable, unfortunately during the 1st 1.5 years I struggled to find any value from them, and at the beginning of this year I was promised to be included on a new group of the stable starting April, where only the best players would join, and catered strategy for the best players was gonna be given. I had high hopes for this, but couple weeks before that group started I was told that I had to renew my contract with them for another 2 years (I still had 6 months left on my current contract), so I told them I didnīt want to renew that much in advance, and even less with the little value they were giving me, and that I would only renew after finding out if the new group was gonna work out nicely (they had already created a vip group before with best players but it didnīt succeed and no additional value was given in it), but I was told they wouldnīt let me be part of the new project if I didnīt renew contract at that time, so I refused to renew and they indeed left me out of the new project after I was 1st promised I would be included.
Now, all of a sudden they opened that vip group for all players, and browsing through the content theyīve been discussing since April, seems it indeed has value I was lacking all this time.
I am finishing my current contract soon, and already made my mind to leave them, and I wonīt be able to take advantage of all the strategy they produced on the little days I have left with them, but since they failed to give me access to that group, do I have a case for refusing to make the last profit split or for asking free access to the learning material even after I finish my contract with them for the same amount of time I was denied access to that material?, if so, would it be fair to tell them that for me to secure that access I would only give them their last profit share in proportional payments for the next “n” months?
Or maybe better to just give them the last profit split unconditioned and hope they do give me access to the material during the next “n” months?
During my time belonging to the stable they profited smth around 110.k usd, so I think I have the right to ask for this, or donīt I?
If they refuse, maybe I can ask for someone neutral with some experience on stable contracts from the 2p2 community to arbitrate this dispute?
