Ok here is the entire convo from when I invested in ST Louis until a few weeks ago when I asked him about a hand from a tourney I played in FL. That was the last message I sent him and he saw it and never responded. I included the end of each message in the beginning of the next pic to show I did not delete/alter any of it. I did not know if maybe he doesn't use FB often so then sent him a tweet on August 2nd ( https://twitter.com/jamison_smith9/s...65620567224320) telling him my info was on FB and to please send the return via PayPal. I was then deleted off FB within a few hours. And now we are here

This doesnt even show half the stuff that was ever said between us but thats besides the point, IM done with this .. if you want to play judge judy here on marketplace go for it.. he in his life has taking 2% of CJKalt and 1% of a 100k of faraz which was listed as waiting for wire.. god only knows what that means .. I never once screwed anyone on here in many years of buying and selling action.. if some altered screen shots and deleted messages from this kid are going to cause issues so thats the way it is.. Many people delete people off twitter and facebook after packs and summer is over.. thats how buying and selling goes.. every time someone deletes me after a pack closes that is kinda what happens.. not sure what else to say on this matter which was totally out of line and posted in a place it had nothing to do with.. I would kindly ask for this thread to be deleted as I stated all the facts here and their really is nothing left to argue about..

Yes, I joined 2+2 in February as I am just getting into the poker world and I have only invested in small pieces of others. I also don't have followers on twitter. I only made twitter to follow poker players specifically for the WSOP. That doesn't have anything to do with this situation.

I am telling nothing but the truth here and it most certainly is in the spot it belongs because you are asking for investments from other people. They deserve to know what they are dealing with. Maybe they will invest and will be dealt with properly, maybe not. All I know is I was not dealt with properly and am still owed $190

I won't flame this thread anymore other than to say I haven't had any problems with Bob and that it's surely an accounting issue on one side or the other.

Well as I asked before Id love for this to be deleted.. if not well thats fine as well.. I stated my point.. Its unfortunate I was tried to be leveled here.. I will continue to sell for this event since I really would like to play it and would need investments from investors.. I have this package also listed on tasty stakes which may be a more fair way to sell since all action will be cleanly and accurately documented..so a case like this doesnt happen again... I completely understand if you wouldnt like to invest in me because of this thread .. any small doubt in an investors head of trustworthiness is enough to not buy a share, i totally get that .. but I hope my reputation over the years will rise above this..

It's an accounting issue on Bob's side as he claims I committed to buying $200 worth of Mega Sattys and as documented by the messages I never did. If Bob can show me proof of me committing to buying pieces of those Megas then I will retract all of my statements. Like I said he paid my ST Louis refund with no problem (which is also mention in the messages). It only got sketchy near the end of WSOP. He outright started ignoring me after the Main ended. If he would have said "hey, I think your balance is 0" then we could have discussed it privately but he was not responding for 3 weeks.

I can no longer see or access anything about your facebook.. after removing you it deleted all your posts and threads which ended with me basically thanking you for investing as far as I can remember also thats not listed in your convo.. but continue to fight here and on twitter!
