If you're talking about me calling him the 'n word', this was all after I found out from PokerStars that he stole the money from me the first night he had it and was continually lying about his ability to transfer. I really couldn't care less about what I say to him at that point. I don't really think I played any part in him stealing the money at all, he did so before I sent him a single negative message of any kind. I even offered to send whoever wants it the entire Skype transcript, and I still will. I'm not saying you're wrong, that's just my opinion.

And no idea what he's talking about in his post, the guy is an idiot. He's from Norway though, the almighty Norway, and he can buy all of us two times over but he has to resort to stealing $400 via 2p2 and can't send any of it back once he's caught.

He won't send it. A 2p2 mod via PM and another 2p2 mod via skype told me not to sign any documents, and at this point Pentagon was PMing me back almost immediately. Then I told him okay I'd sign some documents (because in reality the documents don't matter at all) and it's been 2-3 days since then and he hasn't responded once.

I'm flying to Vegas Weds. morning for 2 weeks but will check PMs daily and I'd be willing to bet I don't have a dollar from him when I fly back to Prague.

I hardly think a small mistake over who the OP is (pretty unusual for the person who owes to be the OP) automatically qualifies him for a 2 digit IQ, and it's not surprising people are sceptical about a settlement after all that's gone on.

He broke contract, not me. He offered to return the money he lost on a casino type version of poker which I specifically told him not to play. I told him return those losses and we call it quits (thus eliminating his make up).

He ended up returning a portion of the losses from the casino game, not going anywhere near the make up (which, since I ended the staking agreement I had no intention of ever getting, or requesting), however, I was so sick and tired of dealing with this, so accepted the amount.

Have sent Bobo the screenshots, but to me, Pentagon kept his word sending the amount we agreed upon to end our dispute, I just wanted to state the facts and not have myself slandered in any way.

Yesterday (the 13th) was the 2nd date he had promised to pay. He even sent me a message on the 12th asking for Skrill info which I responded to. I've been in Vegas and Prague the past few weeks so have been busy but was getting messages from him regularly and trying to respond promptly, then when the first day came to pay he had an excuse and asked for time until the 13th (exactly 2 weeks iirc). On the 13th I received no money nor a message. The first time he was supposed to pay was exactly 2 weeks prior to that. So I'm assuming he's getting a paycheck every 2 weeks and degen'ing with it with a plan of maybe paying if he wins, or something along those lines. Either way, at this point I seriously doubt I'm ever getting paid.
