And FWIW Sharkscope results are same as an audit in this case, people who are familiar with MTTs on Stars and using SHarkscope know that. It would very rarely miss an MTT, but that's not even likely at all and this deal was going less than 48 hours. What he's insinuating is that it missed a whole bunch of them in a very short period. That's more or less impossible.

He'll never send an audit for obv. reasons and I wouldn't be surprised if he never posts itt again.

Considering he's online viewing other threads and obviously avoiding this thread, is he still going to be allowed to post on 2p2?

OP has ignored 7 or 8 different people who's commented here and in the neg. feedback thread regarding an audit. Is it unreasonable for him to be banned at this point? Can a mod comment on this? If it's not standard and it's normal for him to be able to stay at the forum and PM other people after blatantly stealing that's fine, I'm honestly just wondering.

I fully believe that I've shown literal proof that he blatantly stole the $428 I sent him and did it pre-meditatively in roughly 3 hrs from the start of the deal (the first time he asked for a reload of $128 after saying he lost $128 when he in fact didn't lose any money at all) and he clearly has no intention of paying it back so I personally would rather him be banned at this point.

You owe me $428 + half of $2.58. I've already said ITT that I'll agree to deleting posts (if the mods even allow it- that's up to them, not me) after I'm paid in full. You have both a Stars account and Skrill info and you've also claimed you "have enough money to buy me two times over" so I don't know why it's taking this long for you to send my money back. Send $429.29 to either of the accounts you have an info for. If you need a bitcoin address, ask me and send at bitstamp rate.

Edit: If you send Skrill. My Skrill account is in Euro, I assume yours is too. So send at XE.com rate the euro amount of $429.29 USD. If for some reason your Skrill isn't in EUR then you can pay the fees as this whole situation is your fault. Stars has also basically told me straight up that they'll let you transfer me the money back regardless of transfer/deposit holds. They're aware of the situation, so if you e-mail them beforehand they will agree to let you I'm about 99% sure.

Domain names will be purchased tonight and the websites will be up by sunday night. They will be taken down when I'm paid in full.

Just registered two domain names with the OP, poker player from Norway, is a thief etc. theme, will register one other one elsewhere because the domain extension wasn't available on this site. When I get time tonight or tomorrow will give the info to a person who will work on the sites for me, will post links here and in negative feedback thread when the sites are done. Should be by Wednesday or Thursday if I had to guess. Also have someone else working on getting more info for me.

I'm not signing a document because I'm not an idiot. Nobody with half of a brain would sign a document about this. You don't steal money from people and then demand them to sign documents (that would never be legally binding anyways) in order for you to give back the stolen money. The only reason you're doing that is because you have no intention of paying and it gives you a ****ty excuse not to pay. Funny you mention any document you signing having zero legal standing. Do you think making websites calling individuals thiefs when they havent been convicted of the crime is legal either? You both seem irrational so no dog in this fight would just like to hear your thoughts on that. If i recall correctly you did state domains have been purchased for this purpose.

To answer your question, I've spoken to someone else who very often makes similar sites and also to a lawyer about another website I have up about someone else (she's American) and was told that since we're both American (at the time I was a US citizen, I'm not anymore...not sure if citizenship matters but it probably doesn't as I still spend a couple months a year in the US) that it was a better idea to have a foreign friend register and host the domain in their name and if she asks me to use the "I don't agree with the website being up. Someone must have heard about the situation and been outraged. There's nothing I can do, sorry." card. And there's absolutely nothing she can do about it. That website is still up. If I made the mentioned site myself as a debt collection method, then I could probably face a civil matter in the US.

I think there's no question that Chiefsfan17 can be volatile, but you've both played a role in what's happened here. I can't see any reason he'd want to keep harassing you if you guys settled this, with or without any document signed. Hopefully you guys can find a way to get this resolved.
