I just wanted to warn you guys out there these guys scam their horses. They have been robbing me for a few months now with ****ed up interpretations how makeup is cleared. For example, we had a 50/50 deal, but when I would lose, they would simply take their rakeback, and only apply my rakeback to the losses. Likewise, when I was in makeup, they would take their half of the profits, and only apply my winnings at the table towards the makeup.

I strongly advise against playing for these people, they scam their horses.

Despite the fact that I worked long hours and won a lot of money, these guys were so greedy that it wasn't enough to get their half, they had to try to steal most of mine as well. They are scammers and cheats, and I strongly advise that you do not play for them.

Did you agree on these terms at the start?

I've seen this full staking deal first hand from rob through an app game and it worked the same and everyone agreed to play on 50/50 profit split with makeup, when in makeup you have to win back to above $0 before getting any splits. Rakeback only paid out on winning weeks (and the rakeback would go towards your makeup if you were in the negative).

Me and some others were paid out all of the $ owed to us in a facebook group.


No idea who the other two are, or who rob is personally and I do not know what he does outside of staking so I cannot vouch for him, just telling my story as it relates it seems and maybe you had a misunderstanding of the terms you agreed to vs actually being scammed.

Instead of splitting revenue 50/50, when in makeup they would say that only my 50% of the winnings during a week would go to recovering makeup. Their 50% would simply go into their pockets.

Our deal was a straight 50/50 split, but they used gorilla math to rip me off.

Obviously when you are in makeup first the makeup needs to be cleared, then you can chop any profit. But what they would do is only use my share of rakeback towards clearing makeup. Their share would go straight into their pocket. So in effect we went from a 50/50 split to something that was much higher in their favour.


They also owe me around $800 and have now blocked me on facebook.

They are scamming scumbags.

So, for example, week A I lose $500.

Week B i win $500 including all total rakeback. They would say that $250 of that goes to them, and $250 of that (my share) goes to clearing rakeback. So I am still in $250 makeup.

This was NEVER the deal, which was supposed to be a straight 50/50 split of all profits including rakeback. They also moved from a 50/50 split of rakeback to a 70/30 split of rakeback in their favour without me ever agreeing to this.


They are lying scammers. Period.

Ya thanks for clarifying , sounds like a ****ty situation and a good chance you were taken advantage of if that is what happened, sry to hear.

In my example above it was indeed 100% of winnings going towards makeup ( not 50-50 split while in makeup like in your case).

Even by their gorilla math, with only my rakeback going to cover losses, which is not the deal we agreed to and one I would have never agreed to, they still owe me several hundred dollars which they are straight up scamming me out of. They have also straight up missed payments in the past which were never rectified, and they would also use the fact that they missed payments to **** me over.

For example, they would miss a payment for $200, and then I would run up makeup of $300 and they would say "okay well we missed the payment of $200 so your makeup is only $100". But that missed payment of $200 represents $400 gross winnings ($200 for them and $200 for me) so it should be no make up and $50 payment for me.

They are liars and cheats. They scammed me out of almost a thousand dollars. Now it's going to be a ****ing miracle if I make rent on time because I've been grinding 60 hours a week for them.

update :

I did receive a reasonable payment from this group eight days ago (just noticed it now), equalling basically what they owed me. I was up around (IIRC) $800 CAD on my final week, + rakeback, and should have had negligible makeup (unlike the 8000 BAHT makeup they insisted I was in, which is calculated by not taking into account their share of the week's rakeback), and received payment of $387 CAD (and this is post fees which are substantial). I still do not recommend playing for them, on account of their failure to understand how makeup is calculated, and general underhandedness, but I no longer assert that they owe me money.
