Arbitrariness of the Small Tiger club and the X-poker security service Arbitrariness of the Small Tiger club and the X-poker security service

Hello to all the partners, friends, players, and readers of this forum.
Apologies if I posted in the wrong section, couldn't find a more appropriate sub-reddit.

I am writing on behalf of the Gipsyteam.ru website. We are the largest site uniting poker players in the CIS space. We are also a major affiliate, which assisting players in playing on both classic poker sites and mobile applications (PokerBros, PPP, Suprema, X-Poker).

We have been in the mobile app market for over 4 years and have collaborated with a large number of players and partners. In this post, we want to share a case related to one of the private clubs in the X-Poker app, as well as the security service of this app.

1. We started working in the Small Tiger Club ID 1234407 a month ago, through our upline. X-Poker app. We created 3 agency accounts there for our players and partners. We played in the club for 3 weeks and had no issues until one moment: when our high-stakes HU, reliable player (whom we've been working with for 3 years) didn't win about
40к$

The next day problems began, which our upline in formedus about. The club accuses the player of using abot and does not plan to pay this players winnings for the current and previous weeks, totaling ~50k$. The evidence of bot usage was a screenshot of communication with the security service.

2. On the same day, we contacted the player to clarify the circumstances. Details: the player was playing from the desktop version of X-Poker, which was not prohibited (screenshot 2), and was using H2N concurrently – a tool designed to display opponent statistics and used by many players. Before the start of the game, we standardly clarified with the club about possible prohibitions, and we were told that everything except bots could be used. This is also a standard requirement.

It is likely that it was H2N that caused the block. But we cannot know for sure because the app's security service ignores our messages.

3. How the game went: It was an intense heads-up PLO5 game where both players were bluffing, revealing each other's bluffs, exchanging smiles, communicating, etc. In other words, it was a normal game where one player won a lot and the other lost a lot. The last hand, where the largest pot was played, can be found here (https://replay.x-game.net/v2/?replay...d-c193fed87d28). The entire session can be rechecked to confirm that it was a standard game far from exclusively solver-based (GTO) decisions.
The problem is that no one is interested in investigating this. The player, in turn, is a popular figure in the CIS community, willing to undergo any checks to prove his honesty.

4. Our grievances: We are bringing this case to the public space because the club does not want to delve into the situation and does not want to pay the money, citing the decision of X-Poker's security service. In turn, the security service simply ignores our messages (screenshot) about creating a chat for three people, with the club owner, to clarify all the details. Requests for additional checks are also ignored. This means that their decision and unwillingness to investigate the situation lead to financial losses for third parties. We consider this unprofessional and detrimental to the X-Poker app itself.
We believe that in this case, the club simply did not want to pay out the money, knowing that the game was fair. However, the main issue and responsibility, in our view, lies with the X-Poker app, which essentially gives anyone the pretext to confiscate fair winnings without wanting to investigate the situation. It is practically impossible to imagine something similar in most other apps, as security services are open to discussion, re-evaluate some cases, and care about their own reputation.

Claim amount: $46,828
App: X-Poker

X-Poker contacts: @xpoker_support
We urge the management of the X-Poker app to pay attention to this case, in which people have lost their funds due to the wrong decisions of the app's security service.
