The guy comes across as a douche on Instagram, but I find this very hard to believe. He gambles quite high, and doubt he would risk his reputation (among other things) over $200.

So the fact that he only gave you a "promise" of Paypal cashouts (!?) and kept talking about things being set up "through his guys" rather than you being able to sort it out yourself not raise any alarm bells whatsoever?

His "That works bud" jumps out at me as being synonymous for "thanks for your money". Whole thing just looks so sketchy from the outset. It's not like everything was transparent from the start. It's surprising that many poker players fall for this stuff.

Hope you get your money back though!

He’s been posting a lot about running games online. It seemed they did play money tournies where players would send him buy in money via Venmo. Seems sketchy. Why would a ceo of a company degen so much. Guy has videos on ig bragging about pulling all nighters due to poker.

A random post but having stumbled across his instagram it is clear to see the guy has a screw loose, i feel that anyone who openly brags of monetary rewards/items are usually hiding something quite deeper.
