The story

A Russian backer reached out to me and asked me if I still coach. Even though I didn't really coach before, I thought I would give it a try for self education. We decided that I get 20% equal to 10% profit of sharkscope of the stable +50$ for 80m of coaching. I started in May and until September everything was fine, they paid me on agreed conditions. The only issue was that I didn't receive any information about how the amount that they transferred was calculated. Then there was a switch of the head Manager by the end of september. I went out for 2 weeks and when I came back they almost dropped me as coach even without warning me. Happily my players that i coached told the head manager that i will come back and that they don't want to get coached by someone else. So i came back and when i reached out to the new manager he told me that he won't pay me my wage. He argued that I was missing a couple weeks and I needed to find a decent argument first. So my argument for not recording any coachings is that they were in public. Everyone who had access to my youtube channel and those youtube videos could share it with everyone. Not only mine but from the whole stable, when i told it to him that he didn't agree. After I showed him the results of the group before and after, he decided to pay me the wage. I was comfortable with the amount I received and we moved forward. So it's october, after a couple days they sent me a new contract and after looking through i almost lost my mind. So i told them that i wont sign it, after several discussions they decided to drop me. Atm they said that they “paid” my loan to some creditors I'm not aware of.

They scammed at least 3k$ and provided sensible information about me like:

- My real name on public including my facebook
- Picture of mine
- All recorded coachings were on public through our communication of the whole stable

Besides that they threatened me that I didn't pay any taxes on my winnings, and changed the accounting system right after I announced the scam. I think they shared and sold the coaching and all relevant content. I disagreed often with their way of doing business because it's not standard in the industry. First they agreed and wanted to change it but afterwards they just made promises to crawl as much as possible information out of me. They manipulated and agitated the players and coaches against me, one of the players even wished me death.

Im asking for:

- Recalculation for all time, I need a document where I see and understand all numbers
- My coachings/content, they stole my intellectual property
- Compensation for the distribution of coachings/content, my name and photo
- Compensation for the Makeup, which is not spelled out in the contract
- Compensation for deception

Beware, thief and Scammer Boldoff Konstantin Alexandrovich

Firstly, the author of the post was the hero of arbitration on this site.

Secondly, Konstantin has already created a similar arbitration on a very popular Russian-language poker resource and lost it miserably. There he was also blocked as a thief and a fraudster.

In the course of the investigation, it turned out that before becoming a coach, he was a student at the Pocarr school many years ago. Due to repeated violations of the school rules, he has a debt of more than 10k USD to Pocarr. He still hasn’t paid off his debt. We ask the school to confirm this information in this section, and the administration of site 2 + 2 to give it the status of "arbitration".

Our school began to cooperate with Konstantin in May 2021. At first, he seemed to be a completely adequate coach, but over time it became clear that Konstantin was violating his agreement with the fund. And the school decided to terminate the cooperation, according to one of the clauses of the agreement.
The agreement states that the school can fire him 15 days in advance, while after 15 days he will be dismissed, and within the next 15 days from the date of dismissal, the fund must settle accounts with him. He was informed of his dismissal at the beginning of December, on December 14 we went to meet him and fired him a little earlier than 15 days after the notification and by December 29 we have to settle accounts with him. However, his creditors contacted us and now we intend to transfer the money he earned to his creditors to pay off part of the debt. This question was very difficult for us and we are still ready to discuss it publicly.

I would like to note the qualities of Konstantin as a coach. He turned out to be a very serious and strong motivator, but a very weak coach from a technical point of view. When this conflict began, Konstantin said that he would take all the players of the group in which he taught from the school. During the arbitration on the Russian-language website gipsyteam Konstantin showed the maximum inadequacy, he insulted everyone who disagreed with him, threatened me and other school administrators (we can provide the administrators of this site with evidence of his delusional statements, threats, and blackmail, bring such dirt to the public we do not see it expedient), the players of his group understood what kind of person he was and that it was not worth having anything to do with him and stayed at the school. Considering all of the above, we do not recommend dealing with him either as a coach or as a player.

With Alex from pocarr we are in talks and the amount is a different one. I openly communicated all my previous issues with my players, they knew it too. They wanted to cheat me with their new contract and now turn away the guilt from themselves.

Part of contract about firing and end of the partnership
Agreement might be terminated by the Project unilaterally in case of non-fulfillment any of the requirements mentioned in Agreement, while the Project is obliged to notify the Coach two weeks before the date of termination of the agreement, and obliged to pay the Coach’s financial remuneration (payment) within 15 days after the date of termination of the Agreement.

We respected Konstantin very much, but unfortunately, he turned out to be a fraud, who wasn’t paying off his debts and was also hiding these facts from partners for a long time. Fund believes it to be fair if Konstantin’s salary will be paid to his creditors.

We (Pocarr) agreed with Konstantin on him repaying us $8k total to clear his debt with us in late 2015. He sent us $100 in September 2015, $200 in October 2015, $200 in December 2015, and that was the last we received. This left $7,500 remaining.

My understanding is that we will receive $2,627.12 total. We have received $500 so far of this.

After receiving all of this, the remaining amount will be $4,872.88 owed.

@Konstantin, no I cannot provide a list of games with prizes from our issue seven years ago. Having a repayment plan in place, making three payments, then disappearing, and seven years later asking for proof of some sort that we no longer have is not some sort of "gotcha".

The remaining debt owed is $4,885.85.

@alex, i could provide a list of offstakes games, xfers and bonuses and did when we had our issue YOU DIDNT. i still have access to those gdocs and audits, show me that i accepted this 8k. howcome the site you created disappeared btw the domain still exists???
