To clear a few things up....
Your limits where never up to $215. More lies from you.
Your games where dropped for a few reasons. You needed pre chops, every week. I have plenty of players making $5+ per game playing up to $35 MTTs, so you where told lets keep the swings lower and get make up lower. That way you get your chops and make up does not increase as fast as it was. (The Sunday just gone you where in a $215, weeks before that I was letting you take shots)
But you where also given targets. Example, make up was $16,000. at $14,000 you can add xx amount of higher games back, at $12,000 you can add xx amount of higher games back etc etc. This is totally a fair way to do this, considering the problems I was having with you. (you would never be asked to clear $16,000 make up playing up to $35 MTTs, that was made very clear to you)
So you now say you have played on other sites. You admit 888 poker, only because I caught you red handed. Last night when I called you we did a screen share I asked to see your other user names for other sites. You totally
panicked and ended the call and would not show me. The reason being is you have been playing on other sites when you know you should not be.
Let me highlight again why this is so wrong. Last year we pre chopped in make up 22 times in total. I do pre chops for one reason and one reason only, to help players with essential stuff in life, food/rent etc. You also had plenty of 1-1 coaching which would also cost the stake a lot of money. All of this inflates make up, which I don't like, but if the player is honest and hardworking and I have worked with him for a while to build up trust then I do it.
So when you are sending me messages saying I need money for food, but then I find out you have been playing on other sites that is a real insult and a real problem. One, it means you are lying to me, so the trust is gone! Two, it means I am paying for you to play on other sites and improving you as a player via my coaching. Whilst you have $16,000 make up with me and all you are doing is making money for yourself elsewhere. With my money!
This is a massive problem. Hence why my contract/rules say you can not do this. No different from you getting another backer once deep in make up with me. I am the one with the deep make up I am the one doing pre chops for you I am the one helping your game improve, while you are making money for someone else. All very wrong and against your rules/contract.
You say I was the "worst" backer. But I did nothing wrong I did my job and went above and beyond for you. You are the one breaking rules, you are the one that lies to me. Recently you where playing a $5,000 main event on me and staying in a 5 star hotel with your girlfriend on me. When you asked for shots you got them most of the time. I helped you many times with pre chops (22 times last year). So it is you that has scammed/lied to me here, which now makes it impossible for me to back you. Which is what you planned all alone, so I now lose the $16,000 make up!
If I was every rude to you, it would of been because you are tilting off my money, breaking rules and lying to me. I do not apologize for that. Every single player I back is losing money right now, as in make up like you where. Yet I don't have any of the above problems with them, like I had with you.

That is someone who had plenty of make up, he had the same coaching as you and played the same games. But unlike you he was not lazy, he did not lie/scam me. I did not ask him to post the above, as I have never asked anyone to post positive feed back on me. But I am 99% sure if I did there would be 100s of posts like that over time.
After the 22 minute phone call we had over skype, where you refused to show me all the other sites you have been playing I also asked you again on skype chat to show me. See below ....
But again you refused.
I have also reported you to pokerstars for multi accounting, so expect this to happen again ....
Overall you have been a nightmare to work with. You know and I know I have treated you very well and given you a chance to become a top poker player with support on and off the tables. As make up grew you became more and more of a problem, very lazy, breaking rules here and there and finally doing all the above.
You got what you wanted in the end and that was the stake dumped, so you don't have to pay back the $16,000 make up. You forced my hand I can not now send money to someone who lies/scams me.

How can OP even make a post?
It's obvious you were lying, broke contract, and pulled off a scam to get out of the $16,000.
In my eyes, you broke the contract and the $16,000 should be paid back. How can you burn someone who has BACKED you for 3 years? If your make up number is what it is, the backer has all the right to adjust the limits for which you're allowed to play because IT IS HIS MONEY.
This is embarrassing that you even posted this OP. You not only look bad, but you're attacking someone who has a very high reputation, not only in this forum but in the entire backing/staking community.
This post should be completely removed because although it's just a thread, it indirectly affects Demetri in a negative manner.
Edit: You even have the audacity to say the amount he was pre-chopping wasn't enough? It's your job as a PLAYER and a PROFESSIONAL to manage your money where you can pay your bills, function, and remain a professional. You failed on all levels.
