Weird Spot with KK vs 2 Fish Weird Spot with KK vs 2 Fish

So I’ve posted before about the fish filled local pub tourneys I play. (It’s a city that’s a few hours from any casino so we have to play for stakes that are just prizes based on seasonally accrued points. Basically I’m saying that people aren’t too serious until Final Tables because it’s mostly for fun. Biggest prize is a seat at a circuit event.)

Blinds are 75/150 and the effective stack is me with about 8.5k.
Two people limp to me in MP and I open to 525 with KcKh.
Folds to the SB who calls and the BB calls as well.

Flop is 7s 3s Jd Pot: 1875ish

SB leads for 850, BB makes it 2k. Now the context: Our table plays together w/ same group of people all the time and we know how everyone plays for the most part. SB is very aggressive and can even have middle pair with this lead. BB can have top pair for the bottom of his range, and maybe will raise big draws. I’m only really scared of sets but I don’t think I can fold, especially since I don’t have the King of spades in my hand.

I move in for my effective stack and get instacalled by the SB. BB thinks for 20 seconds and calls.

SB has J3o for top and bottom and BB had J7o for top two. I’m floored that I got called OOP with those hands and don’t even want to turn it over to dignify the situation. It bricks out, I’m out of the tourney. I think if I had the King of Spades I just call the raise and then fold when SB shoves flop. (SB verbalized he was going to shove if I would’ve just called after the hand).

I would like to know how you guys think I played it? Did I **** up the sizing pre? Is it a simple fold on the flop? What should I do different? Thanks!

I mean obviously your raise size was too low. But also SB & BB shouldnt call their with J3o & J7o. So usually you shouldnt expect them to have those hands on the flop.

So basically everyone in that spot missplayed their hand.

Yeah with those dudes you should raise at least ~800 preflop. If SB is capable of doing anything, then BB is surely raising with KJ or AJ type of hands. Have you considered just calling? I mean it's ******ed hand and I feel like whatever you do you can't play it really logically and put them on specific hand/hand ranges, especially because of the fact that SB is calling with J3o lol.

i think it's impossible to figure out that both have you beat and you only have 2 Outs (unless turn and river pair).

maybe you put BB on a set and make a though fold. but he might also reraise with AJ or KJ; the only big draw is the flush. i doubt he would reraise in this spot with a gutshot.

1) if you rate them as 'fish' and think they would do this with mid pair and top pair/flush draw, an all-in is the right move

2) if you smell something fishy like a set, fold. you only invested 500 and have 8k behind (50+bb), so wait for a better spot to send them home.

To be honest, i would not be able to lay down KK on this flop in a live tourney ...

edit: about the sizing: you made it almost 4b, so i think even with 5-6 the bb would have called
