If you are going to iso, I would raise to almost pot with is 177 here. This accounts for all the limpers and being OOP.

To me, this hand is borderline in both respects. 99 is a definite raise, 66 is a definite call and 88/77 are just sitting there in the middle and can kind of go either way here.

However, once you raise, I like the flop/turn play and I think you have to pay it off to the small river bet. He is aggro and if your are folding this, you may be folding too often to a LAG. Just think of the hands that may 3 bet and take this line? AT/99/88 and maybe 77. AK/KQ c-bets.

Unless you decided on a check/everything strategy on this flop. That would also allow you to fold without being exploited.

Level 1 I just limp behind in this spot.

River is interesting whether I lead to rep the K or bluff catch. I suppose he has more combos of small pairs and busted draws than he does Jx/Tx/99, and the Jx hands might not fold to a bet, so x/c probably is the best line.
