We are in the BB with T9 suited. Just changed tables so without reads. Pre goes raise and a call and comes to us in the BB with 5:1 on a call which we cannot pass up to see a flop. Original raiser check folds the flop, the button caller bets 40% of the pot on the flop and then again on the turn signaling he has something. With the pair we peeled once hoping to improve. Peeling again leaves not so much behind for the button to shove the river.

It looks like the button most likely has something, since he took the lead after the initial raiser lost moment. The line looks like a flush draw but we aren't doing well at all against overpairs, trips, quads. 2x/3x seems very unlikely. So it feels like we are only good for catching bluffs and failed draws in the end, while a massive underdog against rest. So folding here seems like a proper move.

Or alternatively would we continue here only with more outs such as a gutter,straight/flush draw. Or do we continue here for a showdown since his line looks very much like a flush draw.

It's definitely possible but when the pre flop raiser checks, especially in a 3 way pot, he usually misses the flop. Btn can bet here and steal the pot an enormous amount of the time.

When you call and he double barrels I no longer think it's a complete steal attempt but with two flush draws on board I call and prepare to hero the river on good cards for us. It sucks because any over and diamonds/hearts are bad for us (lots of cards), but we're basically getting run over if we fold top pair here imo. If villain has been tight maybe we fold turn. If he's been loose I call and prepare to call down river as this is how we win chips in poker, let lags punt us chips.

Most T's aren't triple barreling and he shouldn't have many overpairs as they 3 bet pre often (albeit he can flat lots of overpairs as he is facing an EP open.)
