Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, couldn't find anywhere to post live hands.
Anyway, this is the hand in question (Can't remember the exact bet sizings but they are close enough, I quickly took a note on my phone after the hand lol) :

BB calls 1.5BB
Flop: (6-7BB, 2 players) 6
7
2
BB checks,
Hero bets 3BB ish,
BB raises to 15BB ish,
Hero calls
Turn: (36BB ish, 2 players) A
BB bets roughly 25BB,
Hero ? (Hero has roughly 80BB behind)
Interesting hand from my first live tournament in 2 years, BB had been pretty solid/tight so far after a couple orbits, no real reads. My image has been pretty solid/tight as well.
Open from CO, V defends. Flop an OESD and flush draw. Standard c-bet , V raises quite big. If it was a cash game I might go for it here with so much equity, but decide to call.
Turn is the A of clubs, V bets roughly 3/4, what are my options? I feel as if I do have implied odds here with my OESD but also reverse implied odds because V could be doing this with the nut flush draw who has paired his A on the turn (or A7ss). 77 also removes one of my spade outs.
Is it profitable to call here or fold and wait for a better spot? Should I be getting it in on the flop in a tournament?
Thanks
I manually posted the hand from a random PT hand history incase anyone was wondering 'wtf a live hand from PT4?' lol, makes it a little easier to read I hope!
