Obviously looks polarised, so could potentially be a bunch of missed flush draws - that said, he could also have a lot of Ax in there, so without reads, it's a fold. I don't think he does this with Qx or 33-99 with his SDV.

I don't like 3-bet pre because :
1) If you think that CO is stealing here you better go post-flop and realize your equity there.
2) If you think that CO is not stealing, your hand is not that strong for 3-betting for value.
3) If you go post-flop you are OOP aggressor with a strong range opponent ahead
4) CO has deep stack, so he might not fold his mediocre hand with a good potential.

I don't like check OTF. You basically give V opportunity to check-back and complete - for free!! - his draws like fd or Ax, Kx, Qx, Jx - and he has a lot of them.

I like the 3b for value but your sizing is too large - you don't want him to fold all the stuff you beat.

After the 3b you should usually CB the flop, and this one is no exception. You want to continue repping a strong range.

Then I check the turn. If you have AA/KK/AQ you would check the turn too, so you're not showing weakness.

When you check the river however you are showing weakness, but I'm not sure if a bet would be too thin there. You could actually fold out better hands like KQ/QJ/JJ, but he will also have a bunch of Aces in his range that will call. Tough spot.

Only really glaring mistake I can see here is not cbet the flop 1/3 or less. You either take the pot down right away, or if he calls you narrow his range down to A high, pocket pairs or Q, by checking, you put yourself in all types of awkward spots as he can have anything.

Question to 3-bettors : if CO 4-bets, do you call or fold? If u call, what range you put V to?

Not c-betting the flop is a terrible mistake here. I'm torn with the 3 bet pre and just calling. TT is a good re-steal hand here but by not betting the flop you give up control. I also hate not betting the turn here. I'm guessing that villian has AJ here because you look like Q has you scared with the line you took and now he has hit his Ax and you're only beating 99 and lower. Oh and c-betting for 1/3 or less just looks weak to me and if it were me that's the villian then I might just repop it there on the flop. I like a standard size c-bet. I typically make all my bets the same size in relation to the pot size.

Stealing/re-stealing usualy implies that you bluff hoping to win the pot immediately, right? TT is too strong to bluff with it.
3-bet for value implies that you don't fold to 4-bet, right? TT is not that strong to call 4-bet.
So, 3-bet pre seems questionable to me.
