What's our plan on the river? Lead fold to a shove? check call a small bet fold to a shove? shove?

Villain can have 99,AA, AJ , QQ , flush...but he can also have AQ, KK,10-10, J10, A10,AK, A9....

my thinking is most of the hands we beat only want to play for a small pot/call a small bet...but at the same time our range is pretty weak compared to the board so the villain can bluff a lot here...anyways i am sure someone out there is better then me and knows what to do.

Please convert the hand, it's so much harder to follow the details in this format.

Easy flop x/raise, and if was inclined to bluff he could have bet turn. They don't do the things you need them to do to incentivize habitual slowplaying.

Fair enough...I thought 3 handed a flop check raise would look two strong, I was planning on check-raising the turn...so as played I just check call a small river bet?

What you suggest looks even stronger. x/r flop with a zillion flush draws and straight draws is the solution to your concerns.

I don't see the benefit of check calling river if we accept they don't bluff enough. Even if this guy is a bluffing type, the texture ensures most of his range has too much showdown value for the average player to consider bluffing. Just bet-fold.

does the regular hand history convert work for anyone? mine hasn't worked in ages.

main thing is just to post the pot size and delete all the junk and use V# or position

x/r flop makes sense, i can think of a lot of hands id want to x/r semi bluff with on this board. AP bet river makes sense, probably b/f. funny enough I've played with this guy a fair bit and he is a very strong player.

I mean I totally agree a turn check raise looks strong too...just hoping to at least get two streets of value because most people double barrel these days...

So ya I agree bet fold makes the most sense.

I bet called. It was the end of a long day, and I was bit tilted i guess, and i just leveled myself into thinking no one at that level is good enough to check back the nuts on the turn. He had AJ.

I appreciate the feedback

ya sorry it was a bit lazy of a post. I did try to use the hand converted but it didnt work for me.

Funny you say he is good because I bet called the river because i leveled myself into thinking no one at that level is good enough to check back the nuts!
