Villain statistics are irrelevant, but looks like a very passive player.should i bet a bigest size on flop?i bet 3/5 because the only hand wich i can extract valium are diamonds.turn is weird his checks.should i cbet hear?i think if he had trips or pocket pair he will just call.
what should i do in this spot?

Bet bigger, especially on this flush board. Any flush draws with an over are never folding, you have to charge them more. 54s is also never folding, which adds a few more combos to charge. I might go as high as 70% pot, setting up a nice turn slight overbet jam size if you were to get two callers instead of one (and get a non-diamond). If you bet 280 and get 2 callers the pot will be 1251 and you would have 1292 which is perfect.

I think a b/f on the river is appropriate here. Sizing there looks good, too.
