Very first hand of an Online Tournament,
Starting Stacks: 4000;
Blinds: 10/20;

PREFLOP:
Hero UTG: QQ
Raise to 70
MP: call 70
BB Villain: Raise 120
Hero: Call
MP: Call

FLOP (370): 548
Villain: Bets 180;
Hero: Call;
Parsi: Call;

Turn (925): 5488
Villain: Check;
Hero: Check;
MP: Bets 462;
We call;

River (2311): 5488A
Villain: Shove 2311;
Hero: ----
MP: -----

I know I can play the hand more aggressively pre, and on flop but as its played out. I am going for a trap on hands ranges that have fold equity like flush/straight and smaller over pairs but I cant think of what I can beat on the river, the flush chaser with the A's of got there

Any ideas on ranges of Villain and MP player.?

You definitely don't want to go too crazy with QQ 200bb deep.

Given you raised from utg BB's range has to be pretty strong squeezing there. But it's always harder to range players so early because some of them like to play very laggy to build a stack. Without a read though you're best to give him credit for strength: big pairs (you block QQ), AK, maybe AQ (which you also block). MP has a wider range, including possibly all PP, good suited Aces, and med-high suited connectors.

When BB bets flop and checks turn of probably remove KK/AA from his range. Likely an AK hand. MP's bet could be a set, A8/T8/98/87, perhaps a hand like 66/77 trying to get you both to fold.

River is obviously a terrible card, especially when BB open shoves.

4 bet pre cant be bad. I know it's the BB 3 betting with a UTG raise, but that size would make me want to 4 bet. Flop and turn doesn't hit their ranges a lot. I think calling flop is fine, but I think we need to be betting turn as protection. As played def folding river.

Would you be 4-betting to isolate the BB? I just hate the idea of bloating the pot with QQ 200bb deep against a range that is likely quite strong.

Yes iso and value, I think it also allows us to define UTG's range a bit more as well.
