If we assume he leads that most of his aces, his sets, his K high FDs, JTcc, his Qs with a club and some other random hands (KJo with 1 club). That leaves him with 10% of his range he bets on this flop and checks back the rest. If he double barrels about 75-80% of that range we have to shove here right? And 9 should be a better card for him than for me.
