Villain flats about 25% of hands from LP. Since he hasn't 3 bet any hand I'll put his whole range as flat pre. If we assume he leads that most of his aces, his sets, his K high FDs, JTcc, his Qs with a club and some other random hands (KJo with 1 club). That leaves him with 10% of his range he bets on this flop and checks back the rest. If he double barrels about 75-80% of that range we have to shove here right? And 9 should be a better card for him than for me.

not a tough spot if you just shove pre - A3s isn't a good min raise as it doesn't like it much when either called or shoved on. As played not folding top pair on this flop.

there are more draws imo he is onto barrelling, instead of aces in his hand! Depends on the player, a reg typically only cc AT+ vs a cutoff raise to balance his range, but standart would be to threebet any aceblocker for value vs CO Open.....
