I think the decision to call or fold river is close enough that it’s not a huge mistake. The 9 does hit a decent part of your range but hearts missed so meh. Without history I call.

If V is competent enough to check his SDV with J9/97 I fold. Vs unkown I call, it's a spot where there's enough bluffs left in his range compared to how much of his range is worth 3 streets of value

How often do you see triple barrel bluffs at these stakes?

a UTG raises, and 3barrels looks like strong pocket pairs(88+),and he just have a flush draw bluff,so i think is a good fold without V information.

The problem with his bluffs is one of the most likely ones (QJs) actually got there. At this point you're basically just bluff-catching hearts. His flop bet was small, which I think is bluffs/draws or a monster like TT/88 or a good flop for AhAx/KhKx/Qh/Qx.

I really hate flatting a hand like KTs vs. an UTG raise for exactly this reason (so many other hands I prefer here, particularly middle to upper SCs/SGs that don't include a K. It just puts you in such awful spots with so many RIO implications. He could even be betting 3 streets with AT here since you're unlikely to have improved on the 9 after calling two streets and he might still get value from a hand like J9s. I'd rather 3b/f this pre vs. a wide opener and just fold it vs. a tight one.

I don't think he has a ton of bluffs here. AQhh+, KJhh+, 76hh, maybe 87hh. I think his heart bluffs with 9h check the river with a decent amount of SDV.

Fold preflop 100% turn call is ok but I'm not thrilled about it.

Don't really play these stakes. But that 3rd barrel consists of overpairs (maybe AT) and missed draws. J9/97 should check back but I think at these stakes you will get shown that from time to time, just like overpairs should also be checking their value here often but don't.

Really, V should only have 3 barrels utg here with all sets, AKs AQs AJs, QJ and ends up with a close to GTO bluff/value solution. However, because he opens too wide at these stakes he should be widening that range and I feel it leans toward bluffs.

I would either fold or 3-bet pre depending on V's stat. By default it is fold because V shows signs of strong hand: EP, M-size stack..

Yeah in hindsight I think the PF call was a bit loose against a UTG open.

The problem with the heart bluff theory is that the half pot bet on the river looks like value. Especially since he only has 20bb behind at that point. A busted draw would usually shove the river, not bet half pot for half his remaining stack. I also think overpairs bet a bit larger either on the flop or turn given how wet the board is. To me the betting pattern looks like he got there on the river - maybe QJhh or even 99.
