hero has KQo in BTN, limps.

Flop: KcQc9d (hero has no diamond)

checks to hero, hero PSB 240
UTG c/r to 960. Hero calls

Turn: 8s
UTG leads half pot (~1k)

River: 8c
UTG shoves rest

should i just shove over on flop praying he has draws (maybe pair + gutshot)? his 4x sizing makes me think he has a made hand

Yeah I don't know why you would limp behind KQo should be in you raise for value range , as to your question no you shouldn't get in on flop you played it fine just fold river
