This was the very first hand of a $5.50 tournament I played on Bovada a few days ago. I was wondering what other people make of my play here? With the flop going multi-way and picking up the NFD with two overs, I figured this would be a solid spot to check-call if anyone decided to take a stab at the pot, but it checked through.

With the Q coming on the turn, I decided to take a stab at the pot and attempt to establish some control over it, since now I've picked up some more equity with a gutshot to a K and I want to start putting in money should an A/K or spade come OTR. I think I should've upped my sizing here to 1/2 pot instead of 1/5 pot since a 1/5 pot bet only get hands that whiffed the board completely to fold, I think this was a mistake on my end. Do y'all think I should size up to 1/2 pot, or more/less, or check?

With the 9 coming OTR, I was pretty much done with the hand - I wasn't planning to bet or call any bets - I think most people that would call my turn stab probably had a small piece of the board, and I think bluffing wasn't really a good option because I'd played the hand too passively. With the J in my hand I block some combos of QJ/JT pairs and KJ that could've floated OTT, so that's something, I guess. The villain's bet size OTR is just 1/3 pot, so it looks like they're just value betting thin with a bad pair or trying to induce. Maybe AJss is too strong to fold in this situation? Should I have called this? I'd appreciate the thoughts.
