Bit of a gross spot but I think we can find a fold based solely on the fact he shouldn't have many bluffs here at all.

I think I'm calling this and expecting villain to roll over JJ/AJhh a lot and sometimes AhKx. I guess he can play aces like this too. I'm not sure but I'd call since we don't block hearts.

I think the villain c-bets this flop with nearly all of his pre-flop range, so that doesn't help us much, so let's look at the turn. Why would he check? 2 hearts came on board, wouldn't you want to protect a K with a bet to push away any backdoor hearts? Maybe he checks a middling pair because he is afraid you may have a better one? Then your check on the river might lead him to believe you are weaker than you are, and a bet from him could take the hand down. Initially when I read, I thought I would fold, but I would lean more towards calling, especially given how deep you are, but I would expect him to flip AK sometimes. Often times at these stakes I find people are not bluffing enough, definitely a tough spot imo.
