Raise more preflop
Not sure what you are trying to do on the flop just call
Easy fold now unless this is a $1 tournament or something

Yeah I would raise more pre like 3-4 BB to account for the limper.

OTF I sort of like the raise here to find out where you are among all those players. However with a backdoor straight and rainbow texture - might have just called to see another card or keep pot controllable. Not mad at the raise though.

You saw where you were with the reraise, so I think a fold is ok here. 20 or less BB I might let fly (if I didn't jam pre).

It seems as if UTG may have flopped a set and wanted to trap possibly or AK AQ.

You somewhat block the TJ.

Why did you raise here? Like what were you trying to achieve? When you put in a raise it should only ever be because you can get a worse hand to call, or a better hand to fold. You have position on both players here, it's fine to call once and see what they do on the turn, it saves you money compared to raising to "see where you're at". I would flat flop and fold if it goes bet call on the turn assuming we don't hit a good card.
