As the CO is going to a show down anyhow with the UTG being allin. What would be the point of shoving allin on a draw and forcing hero out? If he holds AK or AQ diamonds he must expect to be behind after the flop. So the shove from villain with AK or AQ diamonds would be a semi bluff to win zero chips in the side pot, as The UTG allin is a favorite for the main pot imo if Hero folds. Villain can only expect to get called by Hero with better than he has. And anything less would fold. If he wants to make a chance at the main pot and possibly a side pot, he would be better off taking a free card. imo. So I don't think there are that many villains that would shove in that spot with a draw profitably. Better to extract value by taking a freecard in the hope to improve and win the main pot, with potential for a small side pot to be created.
As for the villains that would play JJ that way, great. They are forcing Hero out of the pot when they have Hero covered.
