The majority of the posters here have an equal skill set and they have a desire to win and get better. The later is the most important - To say "o I only want to work with the winners " here is bs imo.
You get better from critiquing others game and talking about it with them. It doesn't matter what their skill set is. If you go over their trouble spots and discuss it with them its a win win.
Your study partner's win rate is completely moot. A skilled player can go weeks months or even a year of run bad giving him a -roi. Conversely a bad player can make unorthodox plays and crush with a run good of the deck.
