I would also like to work on my NLH game. I hear all the time you have to put in the time and study but I'm not sure exactly. I usually play low limit games as well as the occasionally larger buy-in (over $100). I do notice a big difference in play but typically the common denominator is the winner usually has good cards. I am currently working on Range Analysis but would really like to be a part of your study group to help build my game. Always looking for great Study tools.

Heh,

I've been getting quite a bit of coaching since Nov 2015 and I've been very successful in the short term. I'm looking for a small/mid stake skype study group to either join or start to supplement the coaching that I receive.

I don't have any friends that are as interested or serious about poker and find a great deal of value in being able to discuss poker with others.

My skype name is larock-0001, message or respond to me with your skype name and I will accept you on skype.

I play only on PS and my screen name is LaRocky001.

Perhaps we could also seek coaching in groups to get a better rate as individuals as well.

Thanks

Hi,

I just read your post and wondering if you're involved in a study group or not? I'm interested in finding one myself as well. I was a losing player but started getting coaching at the end of 2015 and have been on a pretty good hot streak and doing well in 2016.

Let me know if you would be interested?

Thanks

Hello guys,

I posted this same post a while back and have had some responses in the thread. But very few people have send me a PM with some informations about them and their MTT game. So I will send this post once more.

I have been beating low to mid stakes MTTs for quite a few years now and my ROI is 50%+. I find MMT's to be the most fun and sustainable games.

I would like to team up with 3-4 guys who are interested in working at their MTT games. It is beneficial if your results and stakes are similar to mine. Most important though is that you love to work on your game

There are many ways we can work together - exchanging of hands for analyzes and discussions. Skype meetings. Working with ranges. HUD stuff etc - I use HM2. Working with poker tools such as flopzilla and ICMizer. ICM - it could be anything

So if this has your interest send me a PM with some informations about yourself and your MTT game and what topics you are interested in working with in relation to your game and we will take it from there

As title is being said, I'm looking for a study group for MTTs. I was playing cash games up until 4-5 days ago, when I started fooling around with MTTs.

I don't want to go into more detail, but they seem super fun and really easy, even though I have never looked into strat too much. I have binked two tournies and finished ITM quite a lot, and I don't think I did anything special other than stick to basic preflop rules, postflop rules and trapping fishes.

I have to work on and have a lot of spots to go through for (keep in mind I have RIO account and I've seen a lot of material on youtube already.. but still I wanna join study group):

-Push/call/fold situations preflop. (Also SB vs BB play and vice versa, when we have less than 15bb.. when to limp, when to reraise limper,..)

-ICM

-Which tournies to play and when is it smart to join one (I don't understand really know if it is bad or good to late reg. to a tourney and start with 10-15bb.. doesn't sound smart, but I don't know. Or how many times should you rebuy and add on in a tourney, or based on what do you do that?)

-Need someone to be willig to review my tourney play from start to finish and notice where to improve, and vice versa.

PM your skype our just write it down below if you are willing to add me .

Hi, my name is Jordy. Im a 20 year old student from the Netherlands.

Im looking for 5/6 people who are willing to work as a group on their game, this can be done by sharing hands, 1/2 calls per week as a group, or whatever. I work with flopzilla and icmizer myself. If you are interested and motivated enough to move up in stakes and crush fish their asses, leave a pm with you're Skype address or reply to this message

Hope to hear from you motivated grinders soon!

Cheers!

PMs are working now (SO HIT ME UP)

I just left a team situation so im looking for a group or person that likes to break down HHs, look for spots, running all in spots in icmizer, work on ranging but I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING that is contingent on needing a coach or having to a be member of a team

I just like to find some people who want to improve as MTT players and hopefully find the right pieces that we can all help each other. IM a small stakes player but used to breaking down most buy in levels and looking to get the study game going

Hi guys.

I'm looking to start a "group" just a small one with a couple of people for small stakes MTTs.

I have found over the last few months that one on one or small group collaboration is a very important tool in improving oneself as a poker player. Discussing hands and spots properly and in-depth, reviewing full tournament runs, and being able to chat with people and rail each other while you play, these things make a huge difference in improving as an MTT player.

I've been doing this with a couple of guys for a while and seen a noticeable improvement in my play, however these guys are quite inactive now.

I'm looking for people who put in a good number of hours, are happy giving and taking criticism, and most importantly enjoy the experience of learning and improving. Preferably at a similar level to myself as a breakeven/small winning player at the small stakes.

Please PM with genuine interest only, had enough time wasters from the coaching forum.

I'm a small winner at SSMTT and looking to bounce ideas off people but I don't put in tons of volume as I have a full time job. I used to be part of a few Skype groups a few years ago but they apparently all broke up after I took a break for a couple of years.

Let me know if you have a group that I could join in with!

Wazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzaaaaaa

I'm just wondering if there are other players who play the low stakes tourneys and mtts and is interested in improving one and other aswell elevating our games further by creating a poker stable (it has to have a cool name tho). I have a reasonable mindset and poker knowledge but I'm getting more serious about improving my game. This is one of the steps to further improve my game. If you feel anything similar to my post then please do us both the favor of reaching out to me.
