A Riverbet would not be thin at all. The question is, if we have to bet Turn, which I think we do on that board.
Anyhoo, I'd bet big on the River, as villain is very capped (he will have Kdxd any maybe QQ sometimes, but that's about it)

Yes, value bet the river. You’ll be ahead of most calling hands, all folding hands and obviously can fold if he raises.

As villain calls flop they still have 88-TT, J9+s, 78s, A7s and bunch of flushdraws with occasional set. My quess is you should barrel turn for value and checking turn is more of an exploit considering that real life villains might call turn only with better hands and draws, but then again it is important then to never skip bluffing this spot if you think opponent will fold pretty much everything.

I still sometimes check turn and valuebet river. As stated above and considering villains range it is not thin at all, villain will also very likely bet KJ or set OTT so Hero loses exactly against KdXd and split with AJ. Hero wins QJs, JTs, J9s (6 combos), occasional QJo, 88-TT (18 combos right there villain can't fold all or is grossly overfolding), A7s, 87s... Also X high card flushdraw combos that just fold.

I think you're fine to bet that river.

You could also make a case to bet the turn and then check the river and maybe you get him to bluff if he thinks you missed a draw, then you get 3 streets of value.
