Slow played trips from BB vs limper facing a river raise

V limps from lowest unsuited broadways and low+mid pairs in any position and raises only top premium hands.
Could V raise vs hero's lead on the river w/ Kx or mid pairs a decent amount of the time after hero's passive line?

hi,
tough to answer your question when V is limping UTG with 16 BBs, which is real bad.
As played V might raise with some value hands you beat, like KT, KJ or AA. altough you said he raises only his premiums, limping AA in this spot fits all the things V does in the hand. On the other hand, he has some value hands that beat us KQ, 22, myabe 66 and KK.
in the end, V does some many weird things in this hand, that I would play river just like you did without further reads (espc on that minraise on the river).

the only hands i can see this villain how you describe do this is with limpeds 22 or 66.you're blocking his Qs combos so is unlikely he have,i don't think he is bet almost 1/5 pot with Qx on turn.looks like he hit something,so maybe you just call his 3bet.

Bet the turn or check raise. Kx probably calls you down and any Qx that is Q7 or better has you beat. I expect to see QT here if you're beat, 22 and 66.

You have to stop and think about what villain can actually have when he minraises your river bet in that spot.
If he's a passive player there is no way he is raising the river on a bluff or single pair. Your hand looks awesome because you have trips and your hand is disguised in the big blind, but if he isn't raising with a pair or bluff there is basically nothing in his range you beat and plenty of hands that beat you (22/66/QTs+). He likely isn't limping worse Queens so you can't even include those in his range.
