Should we ever be folding here? QQ in the BB

I felt very unclear of what I should be doing in this hand. I felt based on me 3 betting from the BB when I could just close the action with a call, and them coming over the top screamed a bunch of a strength. Feels pretty ridiculous to put in such a big amount of my stack and then fold.
