This is a pure ICM spot. Probably ICM will tell you to fold and call with QQ+ only but I like calling and gambling a little.to try to aim to top 3 finish. Payouts are important info here

Payouts are important here to get accurate ICM results. Also depends on how wide you think he's shoving. I ran it thru ICMizer and used a couple of different payout structures and villain ranges. If villain is shoving 12%+ of hands it shows a call, fold at 11% and under.
