Well the only real difference is that turbo 180s degenerate into a cEV pushbotting fest a little sooner. And once you get to the FT you will have a little more variance because you will be forced to play a lot more, rather than wait for a couple of donks to hang themselves.
My advice would be to use
http://www.holdemresources.net/hr/sn...alculator.html with "Structure" set to 1, to get a feel for (close to) optimal shoving ranges at short stacked MTT play when it isn't the FT, and then just use SnGWiz to analyse some real HH, switching to $EV from cEV once you hit the FT.
Otherwise, the early parts plays just like the regular, except that playing really nitty in the first two levels won't hurt your win rate as much.
