MP3: 93,432 (15.6 bb)
CO: 202,922 (33.8 bb)
BTN: 162,198 (27 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K

5 folds, BTN raises to 12,900, Hero raises to 188,462 and is all-in, BB folds, BTN calls 148,548 and is all-in

Villain's stats were fairly tight, like 22/17, RFI BTN at that moment 2/2. Ft3b prob like 50% on small sample. No dynamics, we both had pretty decent stacks compared to average. IMO shove is definitely +cEV but doesn't look too strong. What do you guys think about that shove compared to let's say ~3.3x/fold?

Both seem fine. On these exact stack sizes I might lean more towards 3b-folding since he has folded to some 3 bets already and your raise looks stronger than normal since you are committed to a BB jam. But, it's still close and player dependent IMO.

Would you jam a big pair there? If not, then the jam looks like a hand that doesn't want a call and will get looked up more often.

I think with 27bb you have room to 3b/fold and a 3b will take it down often.

flat or 3bet/fold. This is pretty much an optimal spot to 3bet/fold with these stack sizes, but at the same time vs BTN open I don't mind flatting an realizing my equity. The only problem with flatting is that we are OOP and our hand can be dominated quite a bit. I don't think jamming is good. Vs tight player as you said I think I prefer to flat.

Hi guys, I am studing 3bet from SB and reading some old stuff. I was wondering what if we 3b and get called.

* Are we commited with any J or K at the flop? even when there is also an A?
* If it was a suited hearts hand we are commited to two hearts at the flop?
