-The PFR was very loose so expected him to be folding a decent amount to a reshove due to all the crap in his range.
-In general, I'm struggling to find ranges for reshoving with 15-25bb stacks vs certain position openers on forums etc.
-I found Nash push/fold open shove ranges, but what if you're facing an open, and you want to reshove.
-I felt 33 is probably not a general reshove, but given the PFR, it's ok?
-Range we should we shoving vs standard villain here. 99+,AQs+?

You have 21 hands on UTG+1, you have no idea if he's loose or not.

I think it's mostly a fold but with all the potential dead money squeeze shouldn't be too terrible, tho.

Villain had played 2 hands before this quite poorly/loose and I had it noted. In general what’s a standard 3bet shove range here vs an average reg in utg?

Without doing the math yet, but I am answering this as I would think at the table. I am betting 5.3k to win 2.9k, so my ranges would make up something like this:

1) Against a standard EP range - about 12% total range - top 4% value plus 8% bluff range.

2) If his stats hold up as true (small sample) you might be able to shove as much as 21%, with the top 7% for value.

3) In reality we have a sample. It is a small sample, but totally ignoring the sample is just as bad as having 100% faith in a small sample. Our reality should be that we use something in between. Maybe settle on something like 15%/16% as total range with top 5% as value.

So in all 3 cases above, 33 would fall into bluff range. The question then becomes should 33 be in our bluffing range? Should our range be linear or polarized? If we have any call range will 33 make a better call? If we have no call range, it is better to have a linear bluffing range. If you use a linear bluffing range, even in the 21% range, 66 is the bottom of that range.

My best guess - 33 is not a shove. I would lean towards fold, but wouldn't fault a call for set-mining here. However, my personal taste is not to set mine when so short as I rather preserve chips when this short.

^^^ good stuff.

This is a general annoying poker fold spot... takes experience to do it... but over time it gets easier.
