Hello together, i am in the transition from cash game to MTTs.
I am always in trouble with KQs and KQom because it is so easy dominated.

Villain was very active (45/34 in 79 hands). He just doubled up. 10 hands before he folded to my re-shove.

33 left in the tourney. 1st for 6k

So what would you do?

Given stats rejamming here doesn't look bad at all when villains calls wide as most aces and 22+ you are going to be flipping against.

Yeah got to shove here given V's stats - you have some fold equity and in decent shape against calling range - too short to flat. UL if it didn't turn out well

Yeah of course it didnt turn out well and I am sad not hitting any final table since transition. I know just matter of time and variance in MTT.

Was just thinking about KQ in general and i hate being called by Ax being not a favourite.

welcome to tournament play where you will get used to flipping for chips. and you only have 12bbs which makes me think that you either just lost a hand or have been doing too much folding

KQ is a very good hand at 3.5 efective M, why bother, u play well, to play the Ft and win tournaments you have to runn well.
