Blinds 2500/5000 750 ante. 90 players left out of 400.

Me on the button. Nitty image, have played 10% hands. Having 75k stack

8 handed, folded to CO who sits on ~200k and is pretty lose makes it 10k. He'll do this with TJ, 9Qs+, maybe even hands like 68s.

Pot = 14300.

Both blinds are solid tournament players with short stacks 50k-70k.

What's the worst hand to shove?

This question lacks a lot of needed context I think. Would be useful to know things like average stack, how fast blinds are raising, general table play, how close to $ we are, what those players strategies might look like, and also how they play in general.

Considering the blinds only have 10-14 BB, they can probably shove a decent amount of hands profitable to a semi lose cutoff open with a 20bb bigger stack than the 3 smaller stacks behind. Cutoff will be opening a bit wider to steal and put pressure on, and can raise/fold a bit looser because of this. Ofc his range is uncapped, but blinds can profitable shove a lot of hands- it's just a matter of whether or not it is worth it at the time even if it is +EV chips.

What's the reason you are asking here? I think some extra context and analysis on your part could help. The question isn't really that blank like "A10o"

Fair enough.

The blinds are increasing every ~15 minutes so it's not a hyper tournament. Next level is 3000/6000 and we're in the money already (for 2.5x buy-in, next level is ~3x and in 10 places, pretty insignificant I'd say). We're having roughly two rounds of hands per level (8 handed).

My thinking is that blinds are likely to shove a very wide range against the loose CO range but their calling range against button (hero) shove is much tighter given my nitty image and also since they're being solid players theyd much rather shove their short stacks rather than calling. This made me think this is a solid spot to get the money in with a pretty wide range as we'll have quite a bit of dead money in the pot and a decent amount of fold equity against CO.

Download equilab and figure it out manually or pay for icmizer.

The extra info helps- being ITM makes it easier to shove those spots because the jumps are not really significant at all so it's best to just shoot for 1st place. On the other hand, the blinds are not going up super fast, so there is more time to be patient and pick good spots.

I think generally the blinds can shove a lot here profitable with decent fold equity, but the cutoff range is uncapped, so there is a lot of his opening range that will be calling as well. As previously mentioned, I think this is a good spot to run in equilab or ICMizer to see what kind of shove ranges would have the needed equity over the loose cutoff open in this spot.

"He'll do this with TJ, 9Qs+, maybe even hands like 68s"

Can't see how this is "pretty lose". I like this hands, but I play tight. Still this can be 25-26%. Most likely ~35%. I will say honestly, I don't know the "correct" answer. For Kx I think KJo, KTs good enough. Ofc 22+...For Ax I will use A5o+. Qx no...QTs at least. Jts maybe, but I think call. This is A5o, A2s, KJo, KTs, QTs, 22.
This blinds...Not good. Can be bad this range. A2s still will be good, 22 as well, but maybe A8o then.
Maybe this looks loose, but I think very good situation for shove. If the blinds was with big stacks, even better. For blinds as well. Good for shove. I think CO can be with tight range ~30%, but very likely he will use wide range. You know, big stack, stealing...From late positions. With this info, that's my answer.
