Villain in question is playing 21/15 with a 3bet of 10.6 over 132 hands - he is a confirmed winning player on sharkscope.

Opener was a very loose opener who opens close to 40% in the HJ and im still on the fence if he is winning but is certainly a player to attack.

Few questions here:

Firstly as played is it ok to flat the 3bet based on the fact i believe SB can be squeezing light even though it leaves a weird stack size postflop?

Secondly, not giving my opinions so as to not sway opinion but, views on 3betting more in this spot to fade getting squeezed?
