QQ vs limp-raise QQ vs limp-raise

I'm facing a large limpraise form a player I have been sitting at the table with for hours. He showed only solid hands and never made a weird play untill know. He probably sees me as tight. I felt really weird about the spot. Folding seems way to weak from every angle when I look back but I folded because it didn't felt right there. Could I played different? call or is it either fold or 5-bet in this spot.

I think we need to raise way more pre. I like closer to 16-20k spot. As played I would never be folding without seeing a flop here.
