I think a random V is more likely to this line with straight draws that turned into top pair on the turn than with sets, two pairs or made straights. However, that are more combos of the latter, which means my thought may not be true at all.

Lately, some regs have developed a leading/donking OTT range. I do not know much about it and would like to read some thoughts on it.

Anyway, I think I would call turn and then evaluate on the river.
