Losing the hand has us bubble and winning the hand takes us to top 5 stack. I felt very confident calling UTG, but what range do you put UTG+1 on? I felt good about my decision initially, but not sure after discussing with a friend.

How often is hero facing AA, KK or AK? That's a pretty tight range you're putting UTG+1 on. Would you play this any differently if it was level 10 instead of approaching the money? If you're folding here to min cash, you won't be a long run winner.
No this is a very easy call - UTG+1 should be 99+ AQ+ possibly wider - we are ahead of this range and UTG is much wider than this. I would guess we have about 45% of the 3 way pot

My aim is not min cashing, I just want to put my stack in the middle as a favourite. You (legitimately) advocate that UTG+1 does not have KK+/AK very often.
I can reply that, by the same token, UTG+1 does not rejam into UTG's face very often.
We have different views here. I don't feel safe snap calling with queens a UTG+1 rejam after UTG open jammed. Especially with no reads
