Hey. I'd like to know your opinion about the approximate preflop game in the 9max SNG at an early stage. I created this chart by examples from websites and books (Sit n Go Strategy by Collin Moshman and Crushing Online Sit and Gos by Greg Jones). In this case, when there were different ranges, I chose a more loose range. What do you think about it? How can this be adjusted given your playing experience? If I remove the suited connectors and small pocket pairs from this ranges, is it possible to make an open raise with a 16-30BB stack?

Colin Moshman? Didn't he write his book like 20 years ago?

Kinda I haven't played 9Max games yet, and I'm trying to find some information.

I dont play many STTs, if that is the game you are talking about but i find you are far too tight overall

Collins books are pretty old now which could explain it

EP add ATs, AJo, KQs and maybe a random bluffing hand if you want like A5s

MP add A9s, KJs+, KQ

Raise limps much wider add more Broadways

Thank you. I'll keep all this in mind. I also think that there are very tight ranges, but I thought it was right. I didn't play at 9Max tables.

The game has evolved a lot. Seek some newer info, but you're on the right track as far as a starting point. Also, there is an STT forum here. Don't get too caught up in the preflop stuff, you will adjust based on which table you're at. If you're just looking at early STT preflop strat, cash game strat translates perfectly fine.
