I call BS. You don't know exactly, but you have to have at least an educated guess. He 3bet an EP raise. He's got generally tight stats. What does that tell you about his range?
Premium hands 100% - JJ+ and AK.
Possibly some strong hands - TT/99/AQ. (Small chance, but the probability> 0).
Probably some bluff range. (Maybe Axs, maybe suited connector types, maybe complete junk like 92o) (Based on his stats, balance is the upper level limit of his bluff range, but I would seriously consider he is value heavy more often than balanced).
So in essence, you are most likely crushed by his value range and could still be ahead of AK possibly AQ and other air bluffs he may c-bet.
Can you raise for value? No.
Do you want to fold yet? No.
Can you raise as a bluff and make better hands fold? No.
The worst case: He has JJ+ and AK. So you are currently crushed by 24 hands in his range and are ahead of 16 hands in his range.
