Hello,

Can somebody please explain me in what circumstances the raising action is closed when somebody is all in? For example, https://i.imgur.com/vFXAHmB.png ,when I just call and the original raises jams, does the first caller has the option to jam? And what rules apply in these spots? Thank you.

The raising action is closed if the last raise is less than a min raise.

But why, for example, in this https://i.imgur.com/vgwQjJw.png spot the original raiser was able to back raise?

He raises 2bb and you 3b to 7bb
He can back-raise any amount he wants

So the cold 4bettor raising less than the "legal" amount is not taken into a consideration?
