Working on my BB defence ranges, I read this article :

It says that when the flop is good for our range (say 976), we should have a lot of check-raise hands (balanced between value and bluffs).
And when the flop is not good for your range we should be more passive.
Simple question : does this apply to micro stakes ?
I mean, if villains don't even realize that our range hits the flop, does it make sense to CR bluff on a 976 board ?
