V is 15/10/7 over 40 hands
Can you just call here in the sb or better to just shove?

its roughly half of your stack. im not gonna say its a bad play but if you do get called, most of the time youre gonna be flipping 50/50. (Ax, other pocket pairs)

With 42.5 BB i would honestly like to call and see a flop. im ok with playing 99 out of position and comparing stacks you can put a Little bit of pressure on him.

You can't call, effective stacks are only 22bb. Villain isn't a 6/4 nit so he'll have plenty of hands in his opening range he won't want to play for his whole stack. That means you have fold equity to go along with your decent equity if called (you're about 45% against the top 7% of his opening range). Good shove.

22 effective, pretty std shove here. I don't hate a call and then CR shove most flops, but shoving pre here is fine.

This.

3bet AI here is the best choice. If you just call, there is a big blind who can also call and you will play on the worst position with 2 opponents. Of course if you have a larger stack then you will not shove.

You can never be far wrong shoving AQ, 99+. But it seems a bit high variance to me, to be shoving as the underdog to that nit. I'd do it if the blinds were just about to go up.

Seems like a very standard spot to reshove here, or 3b/call. should always be good vs a cutoff range for 20 bb

I dont mind calling vs tight profile esp if its million.
We get crushed when called and he will call quite often.

Shoving cant be that bad ofc.
