I like your line but I still cry when v turns over QQ/KK/AA...which is what I suspect happened.

You have 7 bb. Just fold. No need to waste your short stack on this marginal hand. When your stack is 15 bb or shorter you have to push or fold.

He checked his BB and flopped TP with a backdoor FD, he's kind of stuck.

I like it but i would like to "requestion" OP :

Why Hero didnīt c/r all in OTF? I mean we have our TP there and itīs difficult for us to improve ; on the other hand a lot of cards CAN improve Villain so why risking it?

If he has Overpair/JX we are going to lose all the same so again...is it not better to finish it OTF? I know itīs a big reraise , just exploring other solutions...

Yes - that might have been better - my thought was to see the turn and commit to a fairly blank turn - as this was about as good as it's going to get - short of a J or 2
I suppose what i was struggling with was whether my weak tp is strong enough to commit with either on the flop or the turn - giving V a top 20% range we are still behind on the flop but about 60% on the turn - we're a little better if we exclude the strongest hands

Bottom line is it's probably +cEV but -$EV

As it happened he had the nuts of course
