I haven't played a single 180man for over 6 months now. I don't really intend to play them in the future either, but I was recently hired by a training site and I promised to make them some 180man videos and do some 180man coaching too along with the regular MTT stuff. I need some really quick revision as my first 180man coaching is due in a week. Where are the best 180man vids at the moment? If someone could point out the *best* out there it'd be great so I wouldn't have to take time going through them all. I think the only 180man vids I ever watched were CR ones and I wasn't very impressed.

Also if someone who's very good at these would like to rail me play a few of these and remind me of all the ICM stuff I've forgotten, I'd be glad to return the favour with some private MTT coaching.

No, I just need someone to guide me through the ICM stuff again as it's been too long. I'm pretty good at MTTs though and I'd probably have a lot to give for some aspiring MTTer who's better than me at 180mans.

Maybe it sounds funny but help tutorial section from SnG Power Tools v1.22. This is crucial and sufficient poker theory knowledge to play 180s turbos IMHO after the early stage which you can even not play with not so much lost in money EV I guess or play like in standard 70-100 bb cash game. Pushing always when jumping under 10 bb even with not so well-ballanced and clarified ranges and pressure at bubbles on people wanted to cash something (18 players, 10 players and 4, 3, 2 players left bubbles respectively) is something most important.

Psychology: You play for a win or the first three places, 10-18 is not for you. Payout structure is good (30, 20 11 per cent, and nickles for other places) to help you keep pushing and make them cry

dude you are ******ed. The payout structure of a 180 is less flat than that of the regular tournaments on pokerstars, meaning the "icm" for 180s you are rusty on, is in fact more important in your main game than 180s.

Icm is just a way of conceptualizing the diversion between Cev and $ev that exists in all tournaments.

Seriously how can you be hired as a coach for a site and not even be able to fake having the knowledge. All you had to do was make a ****ty video like everyone else and not be so incredibly stupid on a poker forum.

180s are just tournaments do not go searching for 180 videos because they will be made by people who grind 180s

Yeah but I wasn't exactly hired for doing SNG videos, it's just that the site I'm working for doesn't have SNG instructors and as I have at least a little bit of background in them I promised to help them out in that area as well. I made it extremely clear in the interview that I'm strictly an MTTer but if they need low stakes SNG help I can make a couple of videos at some point. I'm just trying to make sure I'm not making any mistakes in the videos for as good content as possible, and as pretty much every good 180man player in the world is 2+2 I didn't see anything wrong with asking here.

They messed this up big time as for some reason they've made my first coaching session be 180mans, which is going to be railed by a bunch of angry Finnish morons led by ChopSuey. This is due in a few days and the last time I played in a 180man was in December so what am I supposed to do except ask for help? The other option would be to not do my research and hope it turns out to be ok, I'm just trying to do this the right way.
