I find the correct way to play is being very aggressive preflop in tight final tables. But my question is about final table that has donks or maniacs who can bust any time. I have came to conclusion its smarter to play pretty tight and not even steal the blinds in +EV situations at all with Medium stack because the chance of players busting out soon is very high. That way you dont end as a winner so often but it seems to be the most profitable in certain tables. Do you agree with that?

The tendency is to play tighter in FTs because of the payjumps. You should still try to steal blinds rather than just blind out. Remember that the shortstacks can double up and then you'll find yourself being the shortstack.

But going all in from button or small blind with 15BB and Q7s against wide callers seems to be mistake. This seems to be the case in turbo tournaments where blinds are high. Sure it is +EV but I find it to be not the most optimal play. I have changed that strategic aspect in my gameplay. Again this is in micro/low stake tournaments, 45man or 180man tournaments where some final tables are very loose/aggressive so its just too guaranteed that players bust fast.

Playing the same way as how you got to the final table is an option, meaning that you don't suddenly need to change the way you've been playing just because its the final table. Table dynamics may dictate that you need to change your approach but you shouldn't look to change just because it seems like the thing to do. At the final table at least half of the players are not new to you at this point. So knowing that you should have a basic understanding of at least three or four of the other players at a 9 handed game and at least two players at a 6 handed game should ease the pressure a little. Also, it's best to be the chip leader at the start of a final table, makes it easier to play.
