I've recently started playing some poker after having played some during the poker hype of last decade. I'm checking to see if I've made the right play here.

It's $2+0,20 8 handed game and we're 190 out of 500-ish players left with the bubble far away. No info on any player, since it's my second hand at the table.

UTG - UTG (19bb)
UTG+1 - UTG+1 (99bb)
MP - MP (32bb)
HJ - HJ (26bb)
CO- CO (42bb)

BTN - BTN (12bb)
SB - SB (55bb)
BB - Hero(32bb)

Preflop: (8 players) Hero is BB with Ax Kx
2 folds, MP raises to 2bb, HJ goes all-in for 26bb, all fold to me in BB.


Is it right to fold in this stage of the tournament with 32bb, or is it too 'old school tight'?

Rejam here.. even if he has a somewhat tight range like 99+,AJ+ we still have decent equity.. and in reality he is proly a bit wider with some KQ,77,88 and maybe ATs thrown in

So we're not alarmed by the fact that he 3bet MP and that MP is still in the hand?

Would this had been different if UTG had made the initial raise?
