Hi guys, so Ive been trying to figure out better way to think about my play with 7-10 bbs and hand one hand in particular I wanted to see if anyone agrees with me or can point out some things I hadnt thought of.

So with like 7-10 bbs i know you pretty much should be folding or shoving, and maybe that is all there is to it . But semi deep in a small MTT with a hand like KQ in MP is it sensible to maybe limp or min raise? You can call all ins from shoves because they will often be pocket pairs coming from the other short stacks and if they have AQ+ you were gonna lose by shoving anyway. If ppl call behind it could suck but if only the big blind calls/limps you are in a good position with a much better hand.

Sensible? Or is this just gonna net -EV in long term compared to shoving. (probably depends on opponents)

Yeah I am just falling into the trap of thinking way too specific and worst case senario. I shouldnt want to get into coin flips or have to fight for my equity post flop when i can win pots and increase my stack like 15% automatically when i get folds. The only way I can even argue this limping over shoving is because you are able to fold when two or more ppl shove after so maybe , maybe like 15bbs in EP you could limp because then theres actually a chance you get multiple shoves and can fold? 10bbs is idiotic because im burning money every time i get it in against an AX or pockets when i could have just won the pot by shoving.(and probably most important is missing out on the rag folds from the BB that turns into a nightmare on all low boards)

I feel like an idiot responding to my own fish like thread but whatever also should add I meant this question in turbos and hypers where everyone is around 8-15bbs so you shouldnt have to worry as much about people calling behind
