I just came back from a long hiatus, been really busy with work/school in the last year. Making rusty/spewy plays, how bad is this play? Pounding my head into the keyboard rn.

My intention in flatting was to play multiway, see a flop, and realize some equity because if I 3bet and get jammed on I think I'm priced in. Didn't really want to play TT out of position aggressively. Villain instantly snap raises, seemed fishy and weak. This combined with pot size that was basically a 3rd of my stack (antes not included in copy/paste for some reason), I thought this was a profitable play? If he calls with AJo,AJs,JJ+ he only needs to fold 10% of the time from shove calculator results. I'm tilted

I like 3betting pre and snapping a 4bet jam from btn

32bb eff vs btn so you wanna get it in vs him i think flatting is a mistake because we let bb come along for a cheap price and our equity instantly drops in a 3way pot plus theres many good flops we can gii on if our 3b gets flatted by btn

This spot i dont think its bad at all given you flatted and theres more dead money in the middle bb can try to make a move or he can have a decent hand as well but Im never folding ul

IMHO played good. If BTN tries to steal, then you indeed go post-flop and realize the equity there. The response to BB's 3-bet is either fold or shove, call just leaves you post-flop OOP with aggressive player ahead..

i can see the problem with 3-bet:
you 3-bet for value here, not for bluff. hence, you want weaker hands to call your 3-bet. if btn is trying to steal with a wide range, he most likely fold weaker hands and you failed to realize your equity against that range. But if btn calls you become OOP aggressor with stack ~30BB and SPR ~ 2.5:1 and IP V with a strong range... that's quite far from the ideal spot if you ask me..
